Concerning the design, The whole website looks really nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There is one thing that confused me though: when I was on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three times, until I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always someone on discussion!
