It is a free tool to help You track and talk to customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat instrument, all I have to do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what potential clients like best: discounts!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s very neat. There is the Inbox section, available from the app’s sidebar — there territory all the incoming requests from the customers. A Wonderful addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that people can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on discussion. You may easily get back in touch with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as a broker, Jivo won’t make you switch between the apps to reply. All messages from social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular app.

JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports which monitor the quality of your customer service.
Concerning the design, The whole website looks very nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!
The conclusion of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat option, it truly will come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re really good in what they provide, and I believe They’ll be scaling and supplying different programs using a wider range of features To satisfy their future clients. Jivochat Wix
