Concerning the design, The whole website looks really nice and I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing that confused me when I was on the primary website, I clicked on the chat window three times, before I understood that I want to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody on discussion!
