Let’s Begin with JivoChat’s home page. As a big fan of green and that’s linked to character, a foliage over their logo and green backdrop immediately made me feel calm. Well playedJivoChat! Joomla Chat
Their main slogan is: “Turn your site visitors into paying clients with JivoChat.”
It’s a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in actual time. To start a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential clients like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s quite neat. There is the Inbox section, available in the program’s sidebar — there territory each the incoming requests from the clients. Then, we’ve got a section Chats, where you are able to see your existing discussions. It looks like this:
When conversing with your Clients you can quickly check their data — this convenient little feature is placed on the right and it’s useful when targeting your clients’ needs. What is more, below we’ve site visitors section, telling us about all the people on our site.
Speaking of visitors on Your site — the”invitation to talk” attribute is available only in the Professional Version. It supplies you with a vast range of alternatives for pop up invitations.

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the only thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You’ve just two strategies: one is very basic and another one may be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Joomla Chat
A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that visitors could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for delicately accompanying clients on the website, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in touch with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the customer can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to change between the programs to answer. All messages out of social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile program.

Recently, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, more importantly, their expansion is ordered by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also supply reports which track the level of your customer service.
In terms of the design, The entire site looks very nice and I can also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who are looking for a standard live chat option, it truly will come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market for a larger solution or maybe it is going to be just perfect For you?
