Why Select Crisp? Line Chat Program
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, the reason we changed, and the way you can make the perfect choice for your business and startup as well. You may understand how to compare live chats and which metrics could be important for you too. Line Chat Program
How was that decision made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp through Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat sellers, we identified that the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We’ve Used multiple other live chat before, which shifted their attention from a live conversation to a”all in 1 company suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics which are important for us were removed. We have used those metrics for our yearly reports, and customer overviews, growth rates and much more. After we had been in for four months those metrics vanished and were replaced with other metrics. We’ve obtained a leaderboard for our team members, which we didn’t use because we’re searching for quality support and not quantity and the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. Our decision was clear at that moment: we had to move on.
We found 14 times history, 30 days History and unlimited history (for greater plans that this is common), here the cost scaling was interesting. All live chats we tried had that feature, a few at higher price tags, others together with a badly implemented search feature, and so the history was not accessible. With Crisp, the unlimited history is currently available with their original paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, also their search works astoundingly well.
How many connections do we need?
We attempted to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will talk with us?” – and that has been incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can’t restrict on the connections we create because we actually want to make contact with all of them. Endless contacts was exactly what we were searching for (in a reasonable price tag). What we found were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite pleasant, we scaled that up a little to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for the majority of the solutions. As we did the same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by use – which is huge! They think the same way we do in Storyblokwe do not wish to restrict the user to the use of this machine (eg. Content entries or contacts), we want to scale because their team scales. So at Crisp you select a plan and you may scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with the exact same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are Utilized to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on precisely the exact same site for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a good way to help your audience with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page because from time to time there are open questions regarding our pricing, possibly something is not covered in the FAQ section. This component can be found in most solutions we tested and largely available in the first paid program.
Ability to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send mails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a fantastic way to retarget our viewers because we should have the ability to send relevant content according to some metrics those live chats provide. In all honesty, we’re not sending many mails, because we also hate spam on the side. So we like to send specific mails to particular target groups and : we really like the execution in the Crisp customer. It is straightforward and fulfilled our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Amount of brokers
The broker chairs is kinda Interesting, it is something you can control. You could choose one account for the whole team (which can be cheap with the majority of solutions), or you might go for a single chair for every team member. Since we want to have this personal approach to our customers the idea of using one account for the whole group was dropped instantly. We have begun to compare the very first paid plan against the majority of the high tier programs to observe how the cost scales . The greatest prices we found were about ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to that. We had a peek at Crisp again and found their highest bundle has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free strategy allowed 2 representatives, which was great for analyzing. Line Chat Program
Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the key channels. We do not actually use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our company, we utilize it on a daily basis and included the majority of our tools already – so we focused on how they work and perform with Slack. We tested some of these and most are actually working quite well. We found one which has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack which was a no-go for us. We reported that difficulty to these, but we don’t know whether they changed it because we left six months ago. With Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the whole setup was completed in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To speak with your clients. From sales to client service, Crisp is made to keep your workflow simple. From live chat to email, Crisp offers a single channel to reply to your users employing a very simple team inbox where you can manage all your user inquiries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with the attention on that chat experience for your customers. Which is exactly what we were looking for since we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you read The last few things you noticed that we contrasted the lower tier plans and attribute together with the maximum tier programs, some are economical at the start and become costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and switched from a competitor because of the pricey”end” and those attribute we didn’t need but might need to pay for. We are glad to state that we believe we got the very best match for us, maybe it will fit as nicely for you. We saw that the list of 8 aspects above is all you need to find your best match.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all over the globe. We might have had exactly the exact same experience with other live chats too, but the price tag combined with the feature set Crisp does offer, we would and do recommend it to all of clients who are looking for a live chat themselves. We have upgraded to the Crisp unlimited plan a while ago, and are glad that we made that decision.
