Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is very neat. There’s the Inbox part, available from the app’s sidebar — there territory all the incoming requests from the customers. JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two strategies: one is very basic and another one might be insufficient if you are working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. It also works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in touch with your potential leads later.

JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also supply reports which monitor the level of your customer services.
In terms of the design, The whole website looks really nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s 1 thing that confused me though: when I had been on the primary site I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I realized that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it actually does come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market for a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
