Let’s start with JivoChat’s home page. As a big fan of green and that’s linked to nature, a leaf above their logo and green background instantly made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Live Chat Application

It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it’s quite neat. JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and the other one might be insufficient if you are working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that visitors could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to switch between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop or mobile program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your shop on mobile, they will definitely find it rather convenient.
In case that’s not enough, They are throwing an API for developers, which is the entire documentation programmers can use if they want to integrate JivoChat with their own program or CRM solution.
JivoChat don’t have a lot Of integrations yet but they have been on the market only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium businesses. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Lately, they have Incorporated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, more importantly, their expansion is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also supply reports that monitor the level of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks really nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the conversation window three times, before I realized I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody on chat!

JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re searching for a basic live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
