Why choose Crisp? Live Chat Feature On Website
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, the reason we switched, and the way you can make the right decision for your business and startup too. You may know how to compare live chats and which metrics could be important for you also. Live Chat Feature On Website
How was that selection made?
Taking a Look at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have created a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat sellers, we identified that the core feature and metrics we were searching for.
What did we use previously?
We have Used multiple other live chat earlier, which shifted their attention from a live conversation to a”all in one company suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are significant for us were eliminated. We have used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and more. After we had been in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We have obtained a leaderboard for our team members, which we did not use because we are searching for quality service and not quantity and the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. So our choice was apparent at that moment: we had to move on.
We found 14 times background, 30 days History and history (for greater plans this is common), also here the cost scaling was intriguing. All live chats we tried had that feature, some at higher price tagsothers together with a badly executed search feature, and so the background was not available. Together with Crisp, the unlimited history is currently available with their first paid program, and it not only ships with a fair price tag, but also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many contacts do we need?
We attempted to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will talk with us” – and that has been incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the connections we create because we actually want to earn contact with all of them. Unlimited contacts was what we were looking for (at an affordable price tag). What we found were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite nice, we scaled that up a bit to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for the majority of the solutions. As we did exactly the Exact Same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by usage – which is enormous! They think the same way we do in Storyblok, we don’t want to restrict the consumer to the usage of this machine (eg. Content entries or contacts), we would like to scale as their staff scales. So at Crisp you choose a plan and you can scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with exactly the exact same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on precisely the same site for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a good method to help your viewers with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page because from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in all options we tested and mainly available in the very first paid program.
Possibility to send campaign messages
From time to time we send emails Using our live chat. We think it’s a fantastic way to retarget our audience because we ought to be able to send relevant content based on some metrics those live talks provide. To be honest, we are not sending many mails, because we hate spam on the side. Therefore we like to send certain emails to particular target groups and : we really like the implementation in the Crisp client. It is simple and fulfilled our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Amount of brokers
The agent chairs is rather Interesting, it’s something you can control. You could choose one accounts for the whole team (which can be cheap with the majority of options ), or you might go for one seat for every team member. Since we want to have that personal approach to our customers the idea of using one accounts for the entire team was dropped immediately. We’ve begun to compare the first paid plan against the majority of the high tier plans to see how the price scales again. The highest costs we found were approximately ~$155/m per seat where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to that. We had a look at Crisp again and found that their greatest bundle has unlimited agents chairs included. Additionally, their free plan permitted 2 representatives, which was excellent for analyzing. Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the key stations. We don’t really use integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is using Slack. Slack is the main communication tool in our company, we use it on a daily basis and included most of our resources already – so we concentrated on how they operate and perform with Slack. We analyzed some of these and many are actually working quite well. We found one that has enormous delays when messaging from and also to Slack that was a no-go for all of us. We reported that issue to these, but we do not know whether they changed it since we left six months ago. With Crisp the integration worked immediately, notifications came immediately and the entire set-up was completed in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your clients. From sales to customer service, Crisp is designed to keep your workflow simple. From live chat to email, Crisp provides one station to answer to your users employing a simple team inbox where you can handle all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp really Ships with the focus on that chat experience for your customers. That is exactly what we were searching for since we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you browse The past few things you saw that we contrasted the lower grade programs and attribute with the highest tier plans, some are cheap at the start and become costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and changed from a competition because of that pricey”ending” and those attribute we didn’t need but might need to pay for. We’re glad to say that we think we got the very best fit for us, perhaps it will fit as nicely for you. We found that the listing of 8 aspects above is all you need to find your own best match.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all around the globe. We might have had exactly the exact same experience with other live chats as well, but the price tag combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we would and already do recommend it to all of clients that are searching for a live discussion themselves. We have upgraded to the Crisp endless plan a while ago, and are thankful that we made that choice.
