It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in actual time. To start a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what potential clients like best: discounts!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it’s very neat. There is the Inbox part, accessible in the program’s sidebar — there territory all of the incoming requests from the clients. JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and another one might not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their website they are stating:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying clients on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t force you to change between the apps to answer. All messages from social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile app.
Another of their Additions is your Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat service to your Android and iOS native apps. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your store on mobile, they will surely find it very convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a great deal Of integrations yet but they have been on the market only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium companies. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, more importantly, their expansion is dictated by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also supply reports which monitor the level of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The whole website looks really nice and I can also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing that confused me when I had been on the primary site I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I realized that I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone online discussion!

JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its own job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat option, it actually will come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it!
