It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it is very neat. There’s the Inbox section, available in the program’s sidebar — there land each the incoming requests from the customers. Then, we have a section Chats, where you are able to see your current conversations. It looks like this:
When conversing with your Clients you can immediately check their data — this convenient little feature is placed on the correct and it’s invaluable when targeting your customers’ needs. What’s more, below we have site visitors section, informing us about all of the folks on our website.

JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have only two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that visitors could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo won’t make you switch between the programs to answer. All messages out of social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile program.

Concerning the design, The entire site looks very nice and that I can also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the primary site , I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood that I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The great news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody on discussion!

JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who are searching for a basic live chat option, it truly does come for a fair price.
