It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is very neat. A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in touch with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right for their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo won’t force you to change between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop or cellular program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your clients are spending a lot of time searching through your store on mobile, they will definitely find it very convenient.

JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also supply reports that monitor the level of your customer service.
In terms of the Plan, The entire website looks really nice and that I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the conversation window three times, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For businesses who are searching for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market for a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
