Let Us start with JivoChat’s home page. As a big fan of green and that’s connected to nature, a foliage over their logo and green background immediately made me feel calm. Well playedJivoChat! Live Vhat
Their main slogan is: “Turn your website traffic into paying customers with JivoChat.”
It’s a free tool to help You monitor and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in real time. To start a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what potential clients like best: reductions!

JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I guess, the one thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and another one may be insufficient if you’re working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. Live Vhat
A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they are saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You can easily get back in touch with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo will not make you change between the apps to answer. All messages from social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular app.
Another of the Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your Android and iOS native programs. If your clients are spending a great deal of time browsing through your shop on mobile, they will surely find it very convenient.

The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly will come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I think They will be scaling and providing other plans with a wider range of features To satisfy their future clients. Live Vhat
