Let’s Begin with JivoChat’s home page. As a major fan of green and all that’s linked to nature, a leaf above their emblem and green backdrop instantly made me feel calm. Well playedJivoChat! Mo Chate
Their main slogan is: “Turn your website visitors into paying clients with JivoChat.”
It’s a free tool to help You track and speak with customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat instrument, all I have to do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective customers like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I have to say that it is very neat. I like the snippet alternative Included in the application. It allows you to find out exactly what a user writers to you before he or she sends it. It makes responding to your customers’ queries much faster.
Also, when a Visitors compose a message, a broker get the small pop up on the right bottom, asking if they want to chat, fast answer or ignore (which, naturally, you shouldn’t do! ) .
JivoChat offers two Pricing plans. The basic version costs nothing. It is permanently free and it includes up to 5 agents. It offers customizable chat in 20 languages, various apps (including mobile and desktop ) and 24”7client support.

JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I guess, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might not be enough if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. Mo Chate
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they are stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo will not make you switch between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop or cellular app.
Another of the Additions is the Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your clients are spending a great deal of time browsing through your shop on cellular, they will surely find it rather convenient.

Lately, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It merely proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their expansion is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also offer reports that monitor the level of your customer service.
In terms of the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and I can also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing that confused me when I had been on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three days, until I realized I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who are searching for a standard live chat option, it actually will come for a reasonable price.
