It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in real time. To start a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: discounts!
What I liked about the Signing up process is that I could see just how many measures are still left. Following is a quick preview of the last measure, installing your JivoChat code.
After I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I have to say that it’s very neat. There’s the Inbox part, available in the app’s sidebar — there territory all the incoming requests from the clients. Then, we’ve got a section Chats, where you are able to see your current discussions. It looks like this:
When chatting with your Clients you can immediately check their data — this convenient little feature is placed on the correct and it’s useful when targeting your clients’ needs. What is more, below we have site visitors section, telling us about all of the people on our site.
Speaking of visitors on Your site — the”invitation to talk” attribute is available only in the Professional Version. It offers you a wide range of alternatives for pop up invitations.
I like the snippet option Included in the application. It permits you to see what a user writers to you until he or she sends it. It makes responding to your customers’ queries much quicker.
Additionally, when a Visitors write a message, an agent get the small pop up on the right bottom, asking if they want to chat, quick reply or dismiss (which, of course, you should not do! ) .

JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I guess, the one thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two plans: one is quite basic and another one may not be enough if you’re working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. Mobile Chat Service
A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re saying:”Chat is convenient for accompanying customers on the site, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You may easily get back in touch with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can receive your responds right for their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to change between the apps to answer. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular app.

In terms of the Plan, The entire website looks really nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing which confused me though: when I was on the primary site , I clicked on the chat window three days, until I realized that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always someone on discussion!
The conclusion of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re looking for a standard live chat solution, it actually will come for a fair price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a larger solution or perhaps it is going to be just perfect For you?
