In terms of the design, The whole website looks very nice and that I can also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
