You’ve only two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might not be enough if you’re working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. In terms of the design, The entire site looks very nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There’s 1 thing which confused me when I had been on the main website, I clicked on the chat window three days, before I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody online discussion!
