Concerning the design, The whole website looks very nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main website, I clicked on the conversation window three days, before I realized that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
