In terms of the design, The entire website looks really nice and I may even say that UX does not lack in that section. There is one thing that confused me though: when I was on the main websiteI clicked on the conversation window three times, before I realized I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re searching for a basic live chat option, it actually will come for a fair price.
