It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what potential clients like best: discounts!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s very neat. There is the Inbox section, available in the app’s sidebar — there land each the incoming requests from your customers. When chatting with your Customers you can quickly check their information — this convenient little feature is placed on the right and it’s invaluable when targeting your clients’ needs. What’s more, below we have website visitors section, informing us about each of the people on our website.
Speaking of visitors on Your site — the”invitation to talk” feature is available only in the Professional Version. It supplies you with a wide range of options for pop up invitations.

JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have only two strategies: one is very basic and the other one may not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Open Cart
A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they are saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”

JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can receive your responds right to their Facebook. Lately, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It merely proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, what’s more, their expansion is ordered by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that monitor the level of your customer services.
In terms of the design, The entire site looks really nice and I may even say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing which confused me when I had been on the primary site , I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I understood that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who are searching for a basic live chat solution, it actually does come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they are Excellent in what they provide, and I think They will be scaling and providing different plans with a wider selection of features To meet their future customers. Open Cart
