JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You’ve only two plans: one is quite basic and another one might be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right for their Facebook. JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports which track the level of your customer service.

The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For companies who are searching for a standard live chat solution, it truly does come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they are really good in what they offer, and I believe They will be scaling and providing other programs using a larger range of features To meet their future clients.
