Let’s start with JivoChat’s home page. As a big fan of green and all that’s connected to character, a foliage over their emblem and green backdrop immediately made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Phone Call Back

It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To start a journey with this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!
What I liked about the Signing up process is I could see how many steps are nonetheless left. Following is a quick preview of the previous measure, installing your JivoChat code.
Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is quite neat. There is the Inbox section, available in the program’s sidebar — there territory each of the incoming requests from the clients. Then, we have a section Chats, where you can see your existing discussions. It looks like this:
When chatting with your Customers you can immediately check their information — this convenient little feature is put on the right and it is invaluable when targeting your clients’ needs. What’s more, below we have website visitors department, telling us about all of the folks on our site.
Speaking of traffic on Your website — the”invitation to talk” feature is available only in the Professional Version. It offers you a wide selection of options for pop up invitations.
I like the snippet option Included in the application. It allows you to find out what a user writers to you until he or she sends it. It makes responding to your customers’ queries much quicker.
Also, when a Visitors compose a message, a broker get the small pop up on the right underside, asking if they want to chat, quick reply or ignore (that, of course, you shouldn’t do! ) .
JivoChat provides two Pricing plans. The basic version costs nothing. It’s forever free and it comprises up to five agents. It offers customizable conversation in 20 languages, various apps (including desktop and mobile) and 24”7client support.

JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You’ve only two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might not be enough if you’re working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. Phone Call Back
A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the site, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You can easily get back in touch with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo won’t force you to change between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular program.
Another of their Additions is your Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your own Android and iOS native apps. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your shop on cellular, they will definitely find it very convenient.
If that is not enough, They’re throwing an API for developers, which is the whole documentation developers can use if they want to incorporate JivoChat using their own app or CRM solution.
JivoChat don’t have a lot Of integrations yet but they’ve been on the market only for 4 years — and this matter takes resources and time.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium businesses. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It merely proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, what’s more, their expansion is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more satisfied, they also offer reports which track the level of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The entire site looks very nice and I may also say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There is one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three days, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody on chat!
The conclusion of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a larger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I believe that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I think They will be scaling and supplying different programs with a larger selection of attributes To meet their future clients.
