JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve just two plans: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you are working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that visitors could leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in touch with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to switch between the apps to answer. All messages from social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop or cellular program.

JivoChat do not have a lot Of integrations however but they’ve been on the industry only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium businesses. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they’ve Incorporated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, more importantly, their expansion is ordered by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their customers even more satisfied, they also offer reports that monitor the quality of your customer service.
In terms of the Plan, The whole website looks really nice and that I may even say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There is one thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary site , I clicked on the chat window three days, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody on discussion!
