In terms of the design, The entire website looks very nice and I may also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing that confused me when I was on the main website, I clicked on the chat window three days, until I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone online discussion!
