Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that section. There is 1 thing that confused me though: when I had been on the primary website, I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
