Why Select Crisp? Response Bot
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, the reason we switched, and the way you can make the perfect decision for your company and startup too. You may know how to compare live talks and that metrics might be significant for you too. Response Bot
How was that selection made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat sellers, we defined the core attribute and metrics we were searching for.
What did we use previously?
We have Used several other live chat before, which shifted their attention from a live chat to a”all in 1 company suite”. Their live chat still works, but metrics that are significant for us were removed. We’ve used those metrics for our yearly reports, and customer overviews, growth rates and more. After we were in for four weeks those metrics vanished and were replaced by other metrics. We’ve got a leaderboard for our team members, which we didn’t use because we’re looking for quality support and not quantity and the pricing seems to outperform the advantage. So our choice was apparent at the moment: we needed to move on.
We found 14 days history, 30 days History and history (for higher plans that this is common), also here the price scaling was intriguing. All live talks we attempted had this attribute, some at higher price tagsothers together with a poorly implemented search feature, therefore the history wasn’t accessible. With Crisp, the boundless history is currently available with their first paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, also their search works exceptionally well.
How many connections do we need?
First, we attempted to answer that Question with another question”how many clients will talk with us?” – and that has been incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can not limit on the contacts we make because we actually want to make contact with them all. Endless contacts was what we were looking for (at a reasonable price label ). What we found were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite nice, we climbed that up a bit to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by usage – that is enormous! They think the identical way we do in Storyblokwe don’t want to restrict the user to the use of the system (eg. Content entries or contacts), we want to scale as their team scales. So at Crisp you select a plan and you can scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with exactly the exact same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on the same website for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a fantastic method to help your audience with queries they could have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions regarding our pricing, maybe something is not covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in all solutions we analyzed and mainly available in the first paid plan.
Possibility to send campaign messages
From time to time we send mails Using our live chat. We think that it’s a fantastic way to retarget our audience because we should have the ability to send pertinent content according to some metrics people live talks offer. In all honesty, we’re not sending many emails, because we hate spam on our side. So we want to send certain emails to specific target groups and again: we really enjoy the implementation in the Crisp client. It is simple and satisfied our needs at a sensible price tag.
Amount of brokers
The agent seats is rather Interesting, it is something you can control. You could choose 1 accounts for the entire group (which is cheap with most options ), or you could go for one chair for every team member. Since we like to get that personal approach to our customers the notion of using one accounts for the whole group was dropped instantly. We have begun to compare the very first paid plan against the majority of the high tier plans to observe how the price scales . The highest prices we discovered were approximately ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a look at Crisp again and found that their highest package has unlimited agents seats included. Also, their free plan permitted 2 representatives, which was great for testing. Response Bot
Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the key channels. We do not really use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our company, we utilize it on a daily basis and included the majority of our resources already – so we concentrated on how they work and function together with Slack. We analyzed some of these and many are actually working quite well. We found one that has enormous delays when messaging from and also to Slack that was a no-go for all of us. We reported that difficulty to them, but we do not know if they changed it since we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked immediately, notifications arrived immediately and the whole setup was done in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your customers. From sales to client support, Crisp is designed to maintain your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp provides a single station to reply to your users using a simple team inbox where you can handle all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp really Ships with all the attention on such chat experience for your customers. Which is precisely what we were looking for since we evaluated other alternatives.
This one is tricky. If you read The last few things you noticed that we compared the lower grade programs and attribute with the highest tier programs, some are cheap at the start and become expensive as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and changed from a competitor because of the expensive”end” and those feature we did not need but might have to pay for. We’re glad to say we believe we have the best match for us, perhaps it will fit as well for you. We saw the listing of 8 facets above is all you need to locate your best match.
We made contact with incredible Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all over the world. We might have had exactly the exact same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price tag combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we would and do recommend it to all customers who are looking for a live discussion . We have upgraded to the Crisp endless plan a while ago, and are glad we made that decision.
