It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in real time. To begin a journey with this live chat instrument, all I have to do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it is quite neat. There’s the Inbox section, available from the app’s sidebar — there land each the incoming requests from your customers. You’ve just two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might not be enough if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks very nice and I may also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing that confused me when I had been on the main websiteI clicked on the conversation window three days, before I understood that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat option, it truly will come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it is going to be just perfect For you?
