How was that selection made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat vendors, we defined the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We have Used multiple other live chat before, which somehow shifted their focus from a live chat to a”all in 1 company suite”.
