It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in real time. To begin a journey with this live chat tool, all I have to do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!
What I enjoyed about the Signing up procedure is I could see how many measures are still left. Following is a quick preview of the last step, installing your JivoChat code.
After I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it’s very neat. There’s the Inbox section, available from the program’s sidebar — there land each of the incoming requests from the clients. Then, we’ve got a section Chats, where you can see your existing discussions. It looks like this:
When chatting with your Customers you can immediately check their data this handy little attribute is placed on the right and it is invaluable when targeting your clients’ needs. What’s more, below we have site visitors section, telling us about all the folks on our site.
Speaking of visitors on Your site — the”invitation to chat” feature is available only in the Professional Version. It supplies you with a vast range of alternatives for pop up invitations.

JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I guess, the only thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and another one might not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A nice addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they are saying:”Chat is convenient for accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t force you to change between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular program.
Another of the Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your clients are spending a lot of time searching through your shop on mobile, they will definitely find it rather convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a great deal Of integrations however but they’ve been on the market only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.
They provide basic Integrations for both medium and small companies. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their expansion is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also supply reports that track the quality of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks very nice and I may also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I had been on the primary site , I clicked on the chat window three times, before I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For companies who are looking for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I think They will be scaling and providing different plans using a larger range of features To satisfy their future clients.
