Let’s start with JivoChat’s home page. As a major fan of green and that’s connected to character, a leaf above their emblem and green background instantly made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Text Setup

It is a free tool to help You track and speak with customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.

JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve just two strategies: one is quite basic and another one might be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Text Setup
A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is convenient for accompanying customers on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.

Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks very nice and that I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three times, before I realized that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!
The wrap-up of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its own job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (only) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it is going to be just perfect For you? I believe that they’re Excellent in what they provide, and I believe They’ll be scaling and supplying other plans with a wider range of attributes To satisfy their future clients. Text Setup
