It’s a free tool to help You track and speak with clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I have to do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential clients like best: discounts!

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two plans: one is very basic and the other one may be insufficient if you’re working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. The Blacklist Site
A nice addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they are stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, so the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to change between the programs to answer. All messages out of social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop or mobile app.
Another of their Additions is your Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a lot of time searching through your store on mobile, they will definitely find it very convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a great deal Of integrations however but they have been on the industry only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.

Recently, they’ve Incorporated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It merely proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, more importantly, their growth is ordered by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more satisfied, they also supply reports that track the level of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks really nice and I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main website, I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I realized that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone on discussion!

JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For companies who’re looking for a standard live chat option, it truly will come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a larger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they provide, and I think They’ll be scaling and providing other plans using a larger selection of features To meet their future clients. The Blacklist Site
