In terms of the design, The whole website looks very nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s 1 thing which confused me when I had been on the primary site , I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I understood that I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone on chat!
