It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.

You have just two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you are working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. We Chatr
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for delicately accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as a broker, Jivo will not force you to switch between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop or cellular program.
Another of their Additions is your Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat support to your own Android and iOS native apps. If your customers are spending a lot of time searching through your store on mobile, they will surely find it rather convenient.

In terms of the design, The entire website looks really nice and I may also say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There’s one thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary website, I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I understood I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that if I needed something, there was always someone online discussion!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who are looking for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it is going to be just perfect For you?
