Why Select Crisp? Web Chat Sales
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, the reason we changed, and the way you can make the right choice for your business and startup as well. You may know how to compare live talks and that metrics might be significant for you too. Web Chat Sales
How was that choice made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp through Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat sellers, we defined the core feature and metrics we were searching for.
What did we use before?
We have Used multiple other live chat earlier, which shifted their focus from a live chat to a”all in 1 business suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are significant for us were removed. We’ve used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and much more. After we were in for four weeks those metrics vanished and were replaced with other metrics. We have obtained a leaderboard for our staff members, which we didn’t use because we are looking for quality service rather than quantity and the pricing seems to outperform the advantage. So our decision was apparent at the moment: we needed to move on.
We found 14 days history, 30 days History and unlimited history (for higher plans that this is common), also here the price scaling was intriguing. All live talks we tried had that feature, a few at higher price tags, others together with a poorly implemented search feature, therefore the history was not available. With Crisp, the unlimited history is already available with their original paid plan, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, but also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many connections do we want?
We attempted to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will chat with us?” – and that has been wrong – we made that mistake once. We can’t limit on the connections we make because we actually wish to make contact with them all. Unlimited contacts was exactly what we were searching for (at a reasonable price tag). What we discovered were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite nice, we climbed up that a little to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for the majority of the solutions. As we did the same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by use – which is huge! They think the identical way we do in Storyblokwe do not wish to restrict the user to the usage of this machine (eg. Content entrances or entries ), we would like to scale as their staff scales. So at Crisp you select a plan and you may scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with the exact same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are used to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on precisely the exact same site for more than 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic way to help your viewers with queries they may have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions regarding our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This component can be found in all options we tested and largely available in the first paid program.
Ability to send campaign emails
From Time to Time we send emails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a fantastic way to retarget our viewers because we should have the ability to send pertinent content according to some metrics people live chats provide. To be honest, we’re not sending many emails, because we also hate spam on the side. Therefore we want to send specific emails to specific target groups and : we really like the implementation in the Crisp customer. It is simple and fulfilled our needs at a sensible price tag.
Number of agents
The broker seats is rather Intriguing, it’s something that you can control. You could choose 1 account for the entire team (which can be cheap with the majority of options ), or you might go for a single seat for every team member. Since we like to get that personal approach to our customers the idea of using one account for the entire team was dropped immediately. We have begun to compare the very first paid plan contrary to most of the high tier programs to observe how the cost scales again. The highest costs we found were approximately ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a look at Crisp again and found that their highest bundle has unlimited agents seats included. Additionally, their free strategy allowed 2 agents, which was great for testing. Web Chat Sales
Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations to the key channels. We do not really use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is with Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our company, we utilize it on a daily basis and added the majority of our tools – so we focused on how they work and perform with Slack. We analyzed some of them and most are actually working quite well. We found one that has huge delays when messaging from and to Slack that was a no-go for us. We reported that difficulty to them, but we don’t know whether they changed it because we left six months ago. With Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications came immediately and the whole setup was completed in a few minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To speak with your clients. From sales to client support, Crisp is designed to maintain your workflow simple. From live chat to email, Crisp offers a single station to reply to your users using a very simple team inbox where you are able to manage all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with all the focus on that chat experience for the customers. That is exactly what we were searching for as we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you read The past few points you noticed that we contrasted the lower grade plans and attribute together with the highest tier plans, some are economical at the beginning and become costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and switched from a competition because of that expensive”end” and those feature we didn’t need but might have to cover. We’re pleased to say that we think we got the best match for us, perhaps it will fit as well for you. We saw the list of 8 aspects above is all you want to locate your own best match.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all around the globe. We could have had exactly the exact same experience with other live chats too, but the price tag combined with the feature set Crisp does provide, we’d and do recommend it to all clients that are looking for a live discussion . We’ve updated to the Crisp endless plan a while ago, and are thankful we made that decision.
