Concerning the design, The whole site looks really nice and that I can also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I was on the main website, I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody on discussion!
