It is a free tool to help You track and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You have just two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people can leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in touch with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo will not make you switch between the apps to reply. All messages from social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop or cellular program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a great deal of time browsing through your store on cellular, they will definitely find it very convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a great deal Of integrations yet but they have been on the industry only for 4 years — and this matter takes time and resources.
They provide basic Integrations for both small and medium businesses. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they’ve Incorporated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, more importantly, their expansion is dictated by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also supply reports that monitor the level of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The entire site looks really nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There’s one thing that confused me though: when I was on the main website, I clicked on the chat window three times, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its own job. For businesses who are searching for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it is going to be just perfect For you? I think that they’re really good in what they offer, and I think They will be scaling and providing different plans using a larger selection of attributes To satisfy their future clients.
